Partner Programs
We partner with community-based organizations to expand our reach, including providing trauma-informed yoga through Project Koa Yoga, substance use intensive outpatient programs (IOP) in collaboration with Gino Behavioral Health, mobile health services for shelters like RYSE, HOPE Services, Lydia House, and Family Promise of Hawai'i, sexual assault support services with YWCA of Hawai'i Island, breast pumps through JNM Medical, diapers from Aloha Diaper Bank, and period supplies from Maʻi Movement.
Project Koa Yoga offers FREE weekly prenatal and postpartum yoga and meditation sessions, available both in-person at our Oahu office and virtually on Wednesdays at 2 pm. Each class features a weekly theme, starting with a "talk story" session. Participants will engage in yoga asana movements, practice pranayama (breathing techniques) to support co-regulation with their baby, and conclude with a meditation to help rest and relax the mind, body, and baby. Gino Behavioral Health
Gino Behavioral Health’s IOP is a 12-week course that is CARF accredited and DHS
approved for General Assistance. Classes are face-to-face, trauma-informed, and focus on
setting and achieving goals outside of class. Our classes are holistic in that they involve
traditional classroom learning as well as moving the body, processing as a group, arts,
crafts, and games. We do not use a 12-step model and instead center classes on the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA’s) eight dimensions of wellness.
Mobile Health Services for Shelters
