Lilly

Aloha, my name is Lilly and I am based on Maui. I am a full spectrum doula who believes that birthing people should be supported and educated throughout the full process of birth, including preconception to postpartum and anything in between. My hope is that in this way, people can obtain autonomy over their own experience. I have taken courses in pelvic floor therapy, abortion and miscarriage support, trauma informed care and conscious contraception. As I continue to grow my education, I want to focus on implementing herbalism and fertility awareness. I have worked with children and families for my whole life. My previous background is in early childhood education, but I have always been passionate about supporting and educating women. I have begun to extend this practice to support birthing people through their journey into growing a family, whether this is their first or fifth child, a home birth or a hospital birth. On my free time, I enjoy being in the water, either surfing or swimming in I’ao and making art.
