COVID Vaccines
We can protect our families, together. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends that all eligible persons, including pregnant and lactating individuals, receive a COVID-19 vaccine or vaccine series. HMHB has both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines available for those that are eligible for their initial series and boosters, 6 months old and older!
We have Pfizer – BioNTech and Moderna vaccines available for those 6 months old and older!
If you need us to come to your home for vaccines, due to transportation issues, or if you or your loved one is homebound, please call us at (808) 737-5805 to schedule your appointment. If we miss your call, please leave a voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we are available!
COVID Testing
Do you need a COVID test? $150 or Billed to Insurance if Medically-Necessary
We have PCR and Rapid Testing (get your results in about 20 minutes) available. For non-medical testing needs, out-of-pocket costs will be $150.
