The Salvation Army Family Treatment Services Community Based Services for the Families of the Koolau Loa Moku: Na Lei Lokahi services are free and available to all women and their families who live in the Koolau Loa Community. Na lei Lokahi assist participants to find and use resources in the community and offers support for substance abuse outreach and outpatient treatment, domestic violence outreach and supportive educational groups, Hanau Pono perinatal outreach, and Ohana Education Program.
