Castle Medical Center’s Wellness & Lifestyle Medicine - Living Well Tobacco Free

Quit Smoking Now!

Quitting cigarettes or any other form of tobacco can be hard, but it can be done. Don’t feel alone! The most effective way to quit for good is with individual or group coaching, along with stop smoking medications.

Castle Medical Center offers both free “talk story” group sessions and individualized coaching, along with medications that can include nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges. For those in our individualized coaching program, all services, including medications, are free, thanks to current grant funding from the Hawai‘i Community Foundation.

Coaching sessions are in-person at Castle’s Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine Center, with trained tobacco treatment specialists who can help you design your plan to quit and support you throughout the process.
